PECD Personality Exploration and Communication Development program – Based on the fact that personality can not be developed without exploring the inner self . PECD strives to explores Skills, Values and Attitudes.Skills are external to the "real self" and therefore skills can be developed with help of any planned external training programme. Values fall on the extermnal and internal demarcation of "real self", so the values can be inculacated if the training is focussed and proper feedback is performed. Attitudes form the bedrock of personality and is determined by the views.
